Photography and Cultural Awareness – London

Infos

The aim was to enable 40-60 children from Westminster / Hammersmith and Fulham / Kensington and Chelsea boroughs to experience the pleasure of photography, to stimulate them to create and exhibit their own work.

The project culminated in a series of workshops for ten to thirteen-year old pupils who usually don’t have access to a camera. At the end they produced their own group exhibition. The exhibition was launched in June 2006 at the Leighton House Museum during the Refugee Week, London.
